The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, it has been alleged that he had fired two rounds and the informant was going through the way and then the other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 83411 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 Mulayam Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 80314 of 2019.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
