2. The supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 708 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Out of 13 witnesses, five witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the seriousness of the offence, it is expected that the trial is expedited by the Court below.

6. In view of the fact that the trial is going on, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
