Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation before the District Magistrate (respondent no. 2), but till date no order has been passed by the District Magistrate (respondent no. 2).

In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all supporting documents before the District Magistrate (respondent no. 2) within two weeks and respondent no.2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after hearing the parties and pass a reasoned and

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.
