Petitioner is an accused in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 379 & 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11388 of 2020. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2019.
