The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No.46 of 2015 dated 10.3.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 332, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that when the police had gone to arrest him, the petitioner and his wife raised hulla due to which the villagers assembled and got the petitioner feed and further the case is of the year, 2015. The petitioner has been remanded in this case in the year, 2018.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no such occurrence has taken place and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 6.8.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No.46 of 2015. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
