The petitioners seek bail in Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No.769 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About two liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of Puja Devi, petitioner No.1 and 208 pieces each containing 180 ml. country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner No.2, Kashmira Devi. Petitioners are ladies and they are in custody since 09.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the
