Petitioner seeks bail in S. C. No.690 of 2018 arising out of NTPC Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.35 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401, 413, 414, 411/34 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that one Karu was caught hold by the police. He was attempting to run away. Two mobile phones were recovered from his possession. He disclosed name of this petitioner. It is alleged that one mobile phone has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid mobile was never put on Test Identification Parade. Aforesaid mobile belongs to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with S. C. No.690 of 2018 arising out of NTPC Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.35 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
