Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 25950 of 2019 which was rejected vide order dated 14.08.2019 Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. In this case charge was framed on 19.11.201 and therefore there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that no fresh ground has

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude it within six months. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
