2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioner came at the house of the informant and started assaulting him, with an intention to kill. Co-accused Baban Singh inflicted sword blow on his head. Further, coaccused Bacchu assaulted him with iron rod in the back side of his head. Thereafter, all the accused persons together assaulted him, as a result of which, he became unconscious.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No overt act has been attributed against him. The allegation against him is general and omnibus and co-accused Md. Ajad has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 12062 of 2021.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
