1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking correction of her father's name in the original certificate of Madhyama inasmuch as the correct name of petitioner's father is Shatrudhan Prasad Singh, but in the certificate, S. Singh has been mentioned.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed Madhyama Examination in the year 1990 and right now, she has been working as a teacher. The petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.396 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 has filed representation before Deputy Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, Patna, on 09.09.2024 regarding correction of her father's name, but the same is still pending.
4. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 submits that direction may be issued for disposal of petitioner's representation.
5. Having considered the submissions made by the parties and the nature of prayer, the writ application is disposed with a direction to Deputy Secretary to consider the representation of the petitioner for correction of her father's name in the Madhyama certificate and take a final decision within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed with the aforesaid direction.
