The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 427, 448, 323, 504, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the allegation of entering into the house of informant and taking cash amount of Rs.40,000/- is omnibus against 14 persons. The present case has been lodged on account of political rivalry between Mukhiya and Ex-Mukhiya for which Dhaka P.S. Case Nos. 188/2017 and 171/2017 have been lodged from the side of these petitioners. It is submitted that the matter has been settled and a compromise petition has been filed before the court below.

No.74949 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed and they, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, DistrictEast Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 Cr. PC and also subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
