The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the instant F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of almost two days from the date of occurrence without explaining the plausible delay. There was love affairs between the petitioner and the victim. The victim happens to be a major girl. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82579 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 corroborated the prosecution version. The petitioner is rotting in custody since17.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 508 of 2019.
