JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64718 of 2018 by which, the petitioner was enlarged on bail. However due to certain mistake in satisfaction portion of the bail petition of the petitioner in place of Shri Gautam Kumar, Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, inadvertently it has been typed as SDJM, Gaya and due to which, the same has also been recorded in the order dated 26.10.2018.

In view of the submission of the petitioner as well as in view of the averments made in modification application, order dated 26.10.2018 is modified to the extent that in satisfaction portion in para -5 of the said order instead of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69561 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 SDJM, Gaya, it may be read as Shri Gautam Kumar, Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya.

Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
