JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 45679 of 2018 with observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Allegation is that petitioner along with other accused persons made firing on the informant and causing grievous injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general allegation against the three accused persons, including the petitioner and now charge has been framed in this case and petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2018. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
