The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonpur (Hajipur) Rail P.S.Case No.110 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one knife from the possession of the petitioner and he is accused in four other cases also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication and he is in custody for more than four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73918 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Railway Sonpur, District Saran in connection with Sonpur (Hajipur) Rail P.S.Case No.110 of 2018 .

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
