The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, there was an agreement between the parties for sale and purchase of land for which certain monetary transactions had taken place. It is further submitted that, so far as the present petitioner is concerned, the agreement was not with him rather it was with his father and the petitioner has not accepted any money from the informant, leave alone entered into an agreement. It is further submitted that, if at all there was any dispute between the parties, it was open for them to take

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S.
