The petitioners seek bail in Bithan P.S. case No. 54 of 2018 registered under Section 272, 273, 323, 341, 342, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 30(a), 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The police recovered 40 liters of semi prepared country made liquor from a place and alleged that petitioners were preparing the liquor but on seeing the police party they fled away. The petitioners are in custody since 06.10.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (rupees five thousand) each with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned
