The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.10.2019 to the extent that the period of surrender be extended for a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to heart problem petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below in terms of order dated 18.10.2019 and within time granted by this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 18.10.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86824 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63156 of 2019 to the extent that the time granted by this Court for surrender of the petitioner be extended by further four weeks from today.
