2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, fairly submits that this is the second attempt for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. The earlier one filed by the petitioner vide Cr. Misc. No. 69622 of 2025 stood dismissed as not pressed on 24.09.2025 because of the fact that he has got two criminal antecedents and main allegation of assault and overt-act is against him.

3. In view of such submission and taking into consideration the fact that this is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail as earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed as not pressed by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69622 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88179 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 the second anticipatory bail, in view of nature of order passed on 24.09.2025.

4. This application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
