JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2025 Heard Mr. Mahendra Pratap, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned APP for the State and Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the Vigilance.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have secured appointment on the post of Block Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3613 of 2025(3) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 petitioner informs that the petitioner has already resigned and she has already been terminated from service. In similar circumstances, other co-accused who were also facing vigilance inquiry have been released on pre-arrest bail.

5. Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP for the State and Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the Vigilance also informs that the petitioner has been terminated from service.

6. Considering the aforesaid information, the petitioner has, prima facie, made out a case to be released on pre-arrest bail.

7. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

8. The bail application stands disposed of.
