JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nawada P.S. Case No. 601 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be grand mother in law of the deceased and allegation against her and others is of causing dowry death of the deceased.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is grand mother in law of the deceased and has falsely been roped in the present case and further she is eight six years old lady and no specific allegation has been attributed to her. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78674 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada P.S.
