The petitioner is in custody in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 482, 483 and 120 B IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the vehicle check the petitioner was intercepted on suspicion that he was involved in theft of motorcycle as he failed to produce the document showing ownership of the motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 26.8.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for five months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
