Petitioner is in custody in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 326, 323, 504, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 15.9.2018.

Referring to prosecution case, he submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he equipped with Garasa but allegation of assault is levelled against one Sanjeet Yadav. Learned counsel for the informant submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was using Garasa to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77308 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 terrorise the people at the place of occurrence. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 15.9.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.3.2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018.
