Case No. 189 of 2018, dated 22.06.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the deceased died a natural death which fact was made known to the parents of the deceased, but since they choose not to come, the cremation was performed. The aforesaid fact, it has been submitted also finds mention in the police papers.

However, considering the nature of accusation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82404 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 against the petitioner in the F.I.R. and the petitioner being the husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.

The application stands dismissed.
