1. The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the time to surrender of the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the marriage of petitioner solemnized during pendency, whereafter she went to her matrimonial home and, therefore, in want of knowledge, she failed to surrender within four weeks from order dated 30.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43406 of 2024. It is submitted that non-surrender of petitioner within specified time period as directed was neither intentional nor deliberate rather due to genuine hardship, which was beyond her reach.

3. Considering the aforesaid, petitioner is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.708 of 2025(2) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of three weeks from now i.e. by 31.01.2025 for furnishing bail bond, in terms of order dated 30.08.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43406 of 2024.

4. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 30.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43406 of 2024.

5. With aforesaid terms, the present modification petition stands allowed and disposed of.
