JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.3.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15379 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15379 of 2017 but the petitioners could not surrender because the bail bond was not accepted by the court below. He makes prayer for extension of time.

In view of such, this application is disposed off with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the Court within a period of four week from the date of receipt of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22902 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 order and court below will accept the bail bond of the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court on 19.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15379 of 2017.

The order dated 19.3.2018 is modified to that extent only.
