JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Earlier prayer for pre arrest bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 21.07.2017 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1835 of 2017, on merit.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellant that prayer for pre-arrest bail of the appellant has been renewed on the ground that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and appellant was earlier on police bail.

Heard learned APP.

Considering the fact that prayer for pre arrest bail of the appellant has already been dismissed by this Court and there is no occasion for this court to reconsider the prayer for bail of the appellant afresh and, therefore, I find no merit in this appeal and the same is accordingly, dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.185 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 Petitioner, so desire, may surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below shall dispose of the same on the merit of the case.
