The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of assault by butt and iron rod against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have been falsely implicated. There is case and counter case between the parties. 11 named and 15 unknown persons have been made accused. The doctor has found the injuries simple in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 2747 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 nature. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (T) (Dalmiya Nagar) P.S. Case No. 487 of 2019, on the following conditions: "(1) Petitioners shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present, as directed by the Court and on their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail-bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bails."
