2. The petitioner, who retired from the post of clerk in the year 2019 from the Social Welfare Department, has filed this writ petition for payment of salary for the month of October, 1992 and December, 1992 to 06.09.2001.

3. Since the claim made by the petitioner dates back

Patna High Court CWJC No.724 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 to the month of October, 1992 and December, 1992 to 06.09.2001, I am of the view that there is an inordinate delay in approaching the Court by the petitioner.
