The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 72/2017 dated 23.05.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been alleged against her. In the F.I.R., it has been alleged that the deceased, who was married 12 years ago was harassed by the petitioner and others. The informant came to learn about the death of the deceased through one of her relatives. When she went to the matrimonial home of the deceased, she learnt that she had consumed poison leading to her death and that she was cremated.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 72/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
