24-01-2018 Heard Sri Randhir Kumar No. 1, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 17-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49442 of 2017 to the extent of extending period of surrender. By the said order, the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

I do not find any ground to entertain the petition. The petition stands dismissed.
