JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.02.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, West, Muzaffarpur contained in Memo No. 340 whereby the PDS license of the petitioner has been cancelled. It has fairly been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal under rule 32 of the Bihar Targated Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 has been preferred by the petitioner but the same has not yet been disposed off even though the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25492 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 time limit prescribed for disposing off such appeal is sixty days.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs that in the event of the petitioner filing a reminder letter before the appellate authority along with a copy of this order, the appeal preferred by the petitioner shall be disposed off within a period of sixty days thereafter.

The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation/direction.
