Learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 15.01.2018 to the extent that in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran has wrongly been typed in the prayer portion and the same mistake crept in the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make correction in the prayer portion of the petition and accordingly the order dated 15.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.238 of 2018 be corrected as in place of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, it should be read as learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5623 of 2018 (2) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 P.S. Case No.429 of 2017.

Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed to the extent as indicated above. The period of surrender is extended for four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amit/- U T
