JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-04-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59400 of 2017 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.1207 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas. Counsel for the petitioners submits that they could not surrender in the Court below because they were not having up to date rent receipt by that time. He seeks extension of time to surrender in the Court below.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59400 of 2017.
