2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103 (1) , 61 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. on 04.05.2025 at 09:15 Pm, while husband of informant was at his shop , in the meantime , one miscreant, by covering his face , came at the shop and shot dead husband of informant and fled away .
4. From perusal of the record it appears that F.i.R. was registered against unknown . The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused persons Md. Kabir Alam and Mukesh Kumar Jha and Anmol Paswan and as per their confessional statement, it was this petitioner who hired co-accused Mukesh
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89196 of 2025(3) dt.04-02-2026 2/2 Kumar Jha and got his own brother killed.
5 . Considering the seriousness and nature of accusation , materials available on record and gravity of offence and other circumstances of the case , the prayer of petitioner for regular bail is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2025 learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
