Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 39(A), 38, 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The house in question from which the alleged recovery has been made does not belong to this petitioner. petitioner's house is situated about 100 yards away from the alleged house. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
