The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 23.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
