The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S.Case No.25 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant by Ajay Singh for the purpose of marriage and the petitioner is the brother of Ajay Singh. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is living separately and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It has also submitted that the girl has also been recovered and the petitioner is brother of the main accused. Heard learned APP also.

No.32652 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur)P.S. Case No.25 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
