The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In paragraph 11 of the bail petition, specific statement has been made by the petitioners that both the parties have compromised the case outside the court.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, both the petitioners and the informant will appear before the court below along with their identity proof and the court below after verifying their identities will record the statement of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82713 of 2019(4) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 informant that he has entered into a compromise with the petitioners willingly. After verification of the identities of both the parties and after recording the statement of the informant, if the court below finds the compromise petition to be genuine then he shall release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, subject the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
