The petitioner seeks bail in Islampur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 7.6.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons gave poison to the deceased.
Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Distt.
