The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he gave knife blow to the informant causing injury on his chest and finger. It is alleged that co-accused Subodh Kumar also assaulted to Robin Kumar with knife who came to rescue the informant and the accused persons took away Rs.50,000/- kept in the box and snatched gold chain from the neck of the son of the informant.

Considering the fact that the accusation against the petitioner is of causing two injuries and one injury has been found to be grievous, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhanka, East Champaran.
