2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 to 5 very fairly submits that all arrears has been paid to the petitioner except the leave encashment for which calculation is going on and within one month the same shall be paid to the petitioner.

Considering the statement made at the bar, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that if the leave encashment is not paid to him within a period of one month, as stated above, he would be at liberty to file a representation before the respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.3 is well advised to pass a

Patna High Court CWJC No.602 of 2020(10) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 reasoned and speaking order within a period of ten weeks thereafter.
