Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 10.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85180 of 2019. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 50 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
