The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 800 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), (d) 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 140.688 litres of illicit liquor from a house said to be in joint possession of the petitioner and his co-sharers.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.
