While the informant was on night patrolling, a message was given by the Officer Incharge with regard to the presence of two boys and a girl near hotel Basant Vihar and, the Officer Incharge was apprehensive that the two boys may induce the girl in flash trade. Accordingly, the informant went there and found the three whose suspicious conduct led their appearance at the Kotwali Police Station and at that very place, the girl has disclosed that both the boys were about to take her inside the hotel room which the hotel manager declined to provide as she has got no document of identification, then the boys were talking about carrying her to the place of their friends. During midst thereof, police party arrived and all of

(Annexure-2) declined to substantiate the same. The petitioner is under custody since 09.09.2019, having no criminal antecedent as per paragraph 3 of the petition.
Accordingly, the petitioner, Md. Altamash is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S.
