The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery 28 litres of country made wine. He submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition and he is languishing in custody since 11.10.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, on deposit of Rs. 2,000/- in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
