The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. For trivial dispute, there is a case and counter case. The doctor has found injury at the middle of the right ear of the informant which was caused by the petitioner with a Khanti. The doctor has opined that the injury was grievous one, but apparently the injury does not come within the definition of grievous hurt.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that in fact the informant has not compromised with the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60866 of 2018(2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 Considering the background and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Chainpur P.s. Case No. 150 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
