2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 325, 307, 384, 385, 386, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons forcibly entered into the office of Mahadev Enclave, assaulted staff and thereafter, looted cash of Rs.5,38,000/- and also damaged JCB machines, electric boards etc. in the premises. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87797 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
