This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Excise Case No.687 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, Gaya.
As per FIR, there is recovery of 600 ltrs. of country-made liquor from the Truck whichwas kept in the special designed bags. Petitioner happens to be Driver of the Truck.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has nothing to do with the seized articles and he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 months.
Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed in this case, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
