The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 800 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 140.688 liters of illicit liquor from the house of a co-accused, namely, Rambabu Chaudhary and the petitioner is stated to be arrested from the house of the said co-accused person. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 12.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 800 of 2019.
